ADARA-RMC Provides Support to MoE SMT Retreat

ADARA-RMC Facilitated the Ministry of Education Strategic Management Retreat ADARA Research & Management Consultancy (ADARA-RMC) in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and with funding from the World Bank facilitated a strategic management retreat for the Ministry of Education in Liberia from January 25-26, 2025. This retreat was a key initiative to advance the Ministry’s efforts to implement its strategic priorities in alignment with the Government of Liberia’s national development framework, known as the ARREST Agenda for Inclusive Development.
The retreat facilitated rich, in-depth discussions aimed at ensuring the successful and timely delivery of the Ministry’s most essential initiatives. The retreat’s sessions were led by Mr. David Woods Baysah of ADARA-RMC who guided participants through a series of critical topics designed to improve and optimize the Ministry operations. His presentations covered key areas including A detailed overview of Education Sector Management, its Mandate, and Strategies for building momentum in the sector. The shift from Randomness to Orderliness, with a focus on effective planning, management theories, and best practices. Mr. Baysah underscored the necessity of fostering high-performance team coordination, collaboration, effectiveness, and cross-departmental reporting to create an environment conducive to success.
