ESSA is a five-year initiative funded by USAID aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of the education system at both county and district levels. The project focuses on promoting, assessing, and incentivizing the provision of quality and inclusive education. ADARA-RMC serves as a subcontractor tasked with achieving immediate results (IR), specifically IR 2: Enhanced Resource Management, which includes Sub-IR 2.1, the implementation of mechanisms to promote education quality and equity, and Sub-IR 2.2, the strengthening of human resource management systems within the education sector. In addition, ADARA-RMC provides technical assistance for IR 3: Improved Accountability.
The government-to-government (G2G) Partnership for Improved Health Outcomes (Health Partnership) Activity is a five year project. The objective of the project was to validate seven quarters of backlog data from 2022 to 2023 across eight counties, namely Lofa, Nimba, Bong, Grand Bassa, Margibi, River Gee, Grand Gedeh, and Grand Cape Mount, encompassing a total of 386 facilities. The data was analyzed using performance metrics, and comprehensive reports were prepared. ADARA-RMC successfully completed both phases of the project, fulfilling all designated deliverables, which included an inception report, recruitment of 70 data collectors and supervisors, training for data collectors, preliminary findings, a draft report, a final report, and PowerPoint presentations.
This project assessed the gender implications of Early Childhood Education and Childcare (ECE) services in Liberia, analyzed market demand in rural Montserrado County, and identified culturally suitable approaches to address this demand. Key deliverables accomplished by ADARA-RMC include an inception report, data tables summarizing the findings from the secondary data review, the development of focus group discussion (FGD) and key informant interview (KII) questionnaires, lists of FGD and KII respondents, collected data from FGDs and KIIs, transcriptions, coding, and summaries of FGDs and interviews, a draft of the analytical report and its presentation, a policy brief along with its presentation, and the final draft of the consolidated study report and its presentation.
